Let the countdown begin, my mom will be arriving in about seven days and I couldn't be any happier.….unless this happens to be sitting in front of me!

I am a CHEESE LOVER – WINE LOVER – SWEETS LOVER…I have lots to consider when it comes to a late afternoon snack or a very late evening one. This fits the bill, we have our Cheese and Sweets – paired with a lovely wine of your choice and well...

YOU ARE GOLDEN

INGREDIENTS

1 Wedge of Brie
2 tbs Honey
3 tbs Pomegranate Arils

DIRECTIONS

Do you like your brie hot or cold? Bake or microwave if you like then drizzle with honey and arils. Serve with a cracker of your choice & a nice glass of wine.

So spice up your evening already ! ! !

  1. This looks delicious! I wish I had seen it before I went to the store. I bought a pomegranate, and I always have honey, but no brie in the house right now. It would be the perfect snack.

  11. i have that saying (on first pic) on a necklace - it's always a big hit when i wear it ..

and for brie - i don't think i ever had it - i like cheese but NOT a huge cheese fan - i've been lactose intolerant my whole life - so i DO eat it - but not on the regular ..

  12. Some ingredients are so fabulous on their own that you need to do so little to bring out their great flavors. This snack is definitely an example of that!
