Quiche

I have a few random things to talk about today.

Fact – I have given birth to two children.
Fact – The total cost of birthing those two children was about 10 dollars.
Fact – The total cost of one root canal from my Dentist was 924 dollars.

This does NOT compute.

Random fact about me – I record all of the voices for our 800 numbers where I work. When I hear someone calling into them I always ask them “OMG, who is that sexy lady you’re talking too”?

Fact – I find like 5 sippy cups in my car every week.
Fact – The reason I find 5 sippy cups in my car every week is because once they’ve sat in there long enough they start to stink making them easy to locate.
Fact – I spend a lot of money on sippy cups.

Basic Ingredients
Pie Crust
6 eggs
¾ cup cream or half and half
½ cup cheese (I used Gruyere)
Salt & Pepper

- You can add anything from here. I added one large caramelized onion, 1 cup of diced and sauteed potatoes (I sauteed them with Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning, and a dash of soy sauce), and 2 cooked and chopped slices of bacon.

Directions
Prepare your pie crust. Mix together your eggs, cream, cheese, and some salt and pepper. Next I sprinkled my onion, taters, and bacon into the pie crust. Pour egg mixture into your pie crust.  Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick from the center comes out nice and clean.

Fact – This quiche cost more to make then it cost me to birth two babies.
Fact – This quiche hurt less than the babies to make.
Fact – You can eat quiche, but you really shouldn’t eat babies
