This looks delicious! I wish I had seen it before I went to the store. I bought a pomegranate, and I always have honey, but no brie in the house right now. It would be the perfect snack.
This looks so beautiful and delicious, I love pomegranate! Perfect for the holidays!
Wow! This is too pretty to eat.
yum... delicious simplicity! Pretty plate too :)
Oh man! I just bought some nice juicy pomegranates! I like my brie chilly, this will definitely be made at some point this week. I didn't know that those little seeds are called arils... learn something new everyday! Have fun with your mommy!
one word... STUNNING!
nice way of eating brie...love the colour too!
That really is beautiful! Do you smear it on some crackers to eat it?
So simple, yet soooo good! You are a whiz in the kitchen, my friend! :)
Oh yes...this would make me swoon. Serve this plate up with a freshly baked loaf of bread and I might just drift up into heaven. Enjoy time with your mom next week. Family is so important.
Thank you for this! I LOVE brie and just found the pom seeds at Trader Joe's! This is beautiful, have fun with your Mom! I bet she can't wait to see that grandbaby!
i have that saying (on first pic) on a necklace - it's always a big hit when i wear it ..
and for brie - i don't think i ever had it - i like cheese but NOT a huge cheese fan - i've been lactose intolerant my whole life - so i DO eat it - but not on the regular ..
Some ingredients are so fabulous on their own that you need to do so little to bring out their great flavors. This snack is definitely an example of that!
I literally just drooled on my keyboard! Does insurance cover that? I happen to be a
Brie FA-REAK! This looks scrumptious, and almost too beautiful to eat.....almost.
Wow, only three ingredients yet it looks so yummy and elegant!
I could make a whole meal out of this brie! Yum, all I need is a good french baguette and a bottle of wine and I'm set ;o)
Julie - I just took my crackers and scooped it right off the plate, I also had my trusty cheese knife to help the process along.
Beautiful, simple, and amazing! Love it! And that plate is way fun, too.

oh my gosh! Really?! I have to make this. I love brie so much. I will wrap that in puff pastry and bake it for 20 minutes and then put the pomegranate on top. Yum. You've just inspired me to make something new!
The riddle of the ages!! I think it becomes more beautiful because you love it....but it had to attract you first, with some subtle touch...sigh.
