Life In The Spectrum

Ah, how life has changed in just a few short years. Let me count the ways . .

1. 9pm bedtime, for me!.

2. Singing Mary had a little lamb on demand while driving for the little human.

3. Nick JR, 24x7, nuff said

4. Finding ancient sippy cups in your car, ewwwwwwww - sometimes you just have to toss them....

5. Having to tell your little one to please not stand on the cat – ha ha

Man, kids are work. Man, kids are worth it. Man – someone pass me a glass of vino!

Just yesterday my kid applauded me and shouted “yah mommmmmmy” because me, mommy successfully peed on the potty. This is the stuff you hear about kids saying on TV. Man, she is cracking me up.

Yes I just talked about peeing, please excuse me.

Here, let me distract you with bubbles…

Also if you as a parent ever gets distracted you might end up with something like this happening in your yard…

“The family - that dear octopus from whose tentacles we never quite escape, nor, in our inmost hearts, ever quite wish to”

- Dodie Smith

PSA - THESE ARE NOT ALL MY KIDS, LOL...

Hope you are enjoying things.

This post warmed my heart. Even though I'm not planning on having children for a few more years, just reading your blog has made me so excited for the adventure. They are a lot of work, but they are precious. Thanks for sharing!
