BLT Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad doesn't really speak to me. I know it is something that is required at all BBQ's so I make sure to get some, but it never really begs for me to eat it...until now. Bacon, nuff said.
3/4 lb Elbow Macaroni, cooked & drained
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 cups finely diced celery
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
5 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 package of bacon, cooked & crumbled (add more if you like)
With all the ingredients above add less or more depending on your tastes and the ratio of ingredients to noodle you prefer.
Mix all ingredients except for the bacon and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight is best to let everything mingle and makeout with each other. Once ready to serve toss in your bacon anv VOILA - music
