Grilled Corn & Cute Kid

Grilled Corn, love it. Indigo's most FAVVVVORITE thing is corn - that and chocolate milk (and yes she would totally eat them together if you let her.) Lets take a walk though memory lane, aka 2 days ago.

INGREDIENTS

Corn, shucked
Sea Salt
Fresh cracked Pepper
Olive Oil
Rosemary if you like, we did
Indigo, but hey really get your own kid!
Aluminum Foil to wrap the corn

DIRECTIONS

Coat the corn cobbs generously with olive oil then lightly sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Roll your corn cobbs into the aluminium foil, add a sprig of rosemary into that foil if you like.

I grilled our cobbs over a medium heat on the main grill section for 15-20 minutes, just test with a fork.

I'm such a slacker that I've learned to love canned corn. But I've totally been craving corn on the cobb for like 3 weeks. So um, obviously you are motivating me here. And I just so happened to pick up a lil rosemary plant the other day! Corn this weekend!

And when I tell you that we've already made the grilled avocado twice already and plan to do it again this weekend, I'm totally not lying. We're hooked, it's amazing!

So cute. Grilled corn is the best. I love the lemon tart below too.
